Return Policy 

Yes, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of the purchase.

But please note:

  • The item and the package are in their original condition.
  • There is a manufacturing defect

Otherwise we can not accept the return or exchange.

And most importantly, the buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

Damages and issues

We will do all we can to ensure the the candle delivered to you safely. But damages do occur sometime, if this happen to you, please take a photo of both the item and the package, as well as the order number send to support@ephemereessentials.com.

We will send to a new item to you once we confirm the damage. Please not that there is a 7-day grace period starting from the time the package is marked at "ARRIVED" for reporting a damage or wrong item. 

Promotions

Any items bought at a Limited Time Sale price can not be returned and refunded.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
